Quote & Scheduling
You receive a detailed quote within 24 hours, broken down by service type, quantity, and any applicable discounts. Once approved, we schedule the work. Most pickups happen within 3-5 business days; cleaning and modifications are typically completed within 5-7 business days of receiving the totes.
Execution & Quality Control
Every job passes through at least two quality checkpoints. For cleaning, this means visual inspection plus swab or water testing. For sales, every tote is graded and photographed. For recycling, materials are weighed and recovery percentages logged. You receive status updates at each milestone.
Delivery & Documentation

Rush service is available for all service types at a 25% surcharge. Enterprise and Contract tier clients receive priority scheduling at no extra cost. During peak season (March through September), turnaround times may increase by 1-2 business days.
